    which means at the end he charged me double

    which I felt at the end was its overcharged

    He was available the next morning and had a very fair asking price for the job.
    Had a broken joiner along with other complications from my water meter to my main that I uncovered that was causing a major leak. He fixed it in half an hour for under $250.
