    Today is my birthday and I had a 1.5hr remedial massage. Typically I see a physiotherapist for my aches, but I wanted something more low key and relaxing. The massage was amazing. It was quiet and peaceful and the studio was clean and calming.

    I have been several times for massage at this location with no issues. I had a remedial massage yesterday 28/01/20 and it has left me severely bruised over my shoulders. I went back today and showed the receptionist my bruises and she informed me the bruising is normal then showed me a picture of bruising from cupping. I argued that it is not normal to bruise from remedial massage and the masseuse must have done something wrong. She argued again bruising is normal. Considering I have had monthly massages (at many different places) for at least the last 6 years and never had bruising nor complained, I think I am entitled to ask for a refund on this occasion. I have had to lodge a complaint in order to request a refund as I kept getting told that bruising is normal and am awaiting a call back from the manager. The receptionist told me she doesn't know when the manager will call me.

    Very rude customer service. The lady with the orange hair is very rude in the way she talks. She is always angry and viscious. She needs to improve her English and needs to look after her customers. She was on her phone when I left. Very poor service here.
    Overall the massage was a 3/10.

    My wife and I went for a 40 minute each massage (Neck, shoulder, head and arms) i had Vita and my wife had Emma. We enjoyed every minute of our massage. We have booked to return for the 95 minute deep tissue massage this coming Saturday. FANTASTIC WORK LADIES.

    Very good experience. My 2nd ever remedial massage & my back felt better for it. Very thorough massage & not much pointless chit chat (which i appreciated).
