  Have been going here for 3 years now. 1st year was really good. I had Nathan as my accountant. 2nd year I had no face to face and it seemed like the accountant didn't know what he was doing or much about me. Wasn't very personal. I don't even know what he claimed on. This year I had Nathan again. Lets just say things have gone way down hill. It took over 4 months for them to do my tax return. I had questions for Nathan to which I both emailed direct to him and left many messages to him or his reception. Was always some excuse. "He is away on holiday"He isn't in the office atm"He is away on business"This is the 1st time I have herd of this request". How hard is it to reply to an email. The information I needed I had to ask the tax office for the info. Your tax man is suppose to be working for you. I paid $250 to have my tax done and my accountant cant even get back to me. Will not be returning here again. Ill go see the family member instead this year. Might get some better customer service.
